Snow-random thoughts.

It's 11:20 pm and I'm sitting in the library at the computer at my senior's home.
I can see the snow still falling so gently to the ground and I'm listening to old hymns that I plugged into the CD rom drive on my PC. Because I have no speakers and I'm only relying on the sound from the PC, it sounds like old music that is being played on an old record player.
Everything here is so quiet. All the little grammas and grandpas are asleep in their beds and down here watching the snow it's so relaxing.
The snow has blanketed all the trees that lost their leaves in the wind storm last week and God has perfectly iced every branch, shrub, and home outside. It's quiet. I love how the snow muffles noise. I love how when it snows the world is quiet for that time. It seems safe.
I pick a snowflake falling down and follow it to the ground. I can get a picture of me and every other person God created. Like us, they say every snowflake is different even though there are millions and millions of them. And God loves and cares for every one. Every one being us - not the snowflakes. Well, maybe he does care about the snowflakes - you never know with God. He created them. Another thing for our enjoyment. It truly is a gift looking out the window and seeing what God can do. Thank you that you made the peace still tonight.
